Quick and great customer service. We had an immediate need to a repair and they had weekend availability. They promptly diagnosed the problem and quickly repair our 2001 Toyota Sequoia. The cost was reasonable as well.

I took my Lexus ES350 to this location to get an oil change, a tire rotation, and my brake pads replaced. When I received my car back, I noticed my dashboard was suddenly displaying that the Parking Assist was unavailable, which was not an issue when I brought the car in. I went back inside to ask what happened, and the gentleman who helped me insisted that the warning lights were already on when I arrived, pointing to a “PTS” (prior to service) note. He then told me the only way to determine the problem was to run a $120 diagnostic. However, after reviewing the video and audio from my dash cam, you can clearly hear the beeping from the front sensors as my car got close the garage. In the footage after the service, two employees even admitted they didn’t remember the lights being on, saying things like, “You see that?”, “The lights that’s flashing?”, “I don't know if that light was on,” and “I’m gonna put two lights flashing.” At this point, it’s clear that the issue happened while my car was in their care, yet they refused to acknowledge it and tried to charge me to diagnose a problem they caused. Between the inconsistency in their statements and the lack of accountability, I’ve completely lost trust in this shop. I will not be coming back, and I recommend people to think twice before bringing their cars here.

Precision has always been my go to place for years. I recently paid over 500 dollars to get new rotors and brake pads. They were very loud and would squeak even 2 weeks after. I called and was told to wait another week to see if it goes away. It didn’t. I brought my car in and they said the brake pads were rusty and my brand new rotors were damaged. They put a spray on them and told me to drive for a week and see if it continues. If it does they would replace the rotors and brake pads for free. The squeaking didn’t go away after a week so I went back again. A man at the front desk told me they don’t replace rotors. When I told him the situation, he said I should have brought the car in sooner and then they would have replaced them. All they could do was resurface the rotors. Then a woman at the front desk saw my paper and was like oh wow I forgot to call and get the rotors for you. She called to order the rotors and said they will replace them. She went to talk to the guy and then told me she was sorry and it was handled. No one was on the same page. I dealt with 3 or 4 different people telling me something different. Now I have worn down rotors that are supposed to be brand new because they gave me bad brake pads and won’t replace the messed up rotors. I will no longer be coming here. I am not calling the store number to talk more about this. The store is a mess and I want to talk to someone from corporate.

I've taken my Mercedes-Benz E350 to this location a few times. Chad is always professional and his customer service is exemplary! He explains what will be done prior to having my car serviced. Richard as well is always professional with great customer service. My experience is always great and I'm completely satisfied with the servicing of my vehicle.

100/10 experience ! I needed my brake lights changed and Chad squeezed me in and did an amazing job ! Great customer service! They really treat you like family here and with time efficient delivery. I was legit in and out . Highly recommend!
