View on GoogleI have been using this place for about the last 10 years for services and other repairs. Yesterday was my FIRST bad experience there. I came in for an oil change and was advised I needed tires, that my passenger rear had a bubble. When the gentleman with bat tattoos on his neck told me this, I replied I’d advise my husband who just left the bay beside me for an oil change as well. He then proceeded to talk crap about me to the other workers and how I declined the quote. When I advised my husband of this behavior, he too had the same experience when quoted repairs. Talking badly bout a customer when they’re literally infront of you doesn’t make you want to do the repairs you’re quoted. Now today I have brand new tires that could’ve been a sale here had we not had this experience.
View on GoogleI am taking this opportunity to give 5 stars to PDQ Auto Repair! Their staff are kind, courteous, respectful and do their best to provide quality repairs at reasonable prices. For those women like myself who do not have a man to assist with making decisions regarding which repairs are needed and which ones are not, PDQ staff ensure that they are fair and won't cheat you out of a quality repair. I highly recommend them if you need your vehicle serviced!
