Came for emissions testing. I encountered 5 different staff members. They all spoke to me, and a few of them held conversations with me. I have never experienced mechanics being collectively friendly and welcoming. I was thinking to myself that PDQ must pay their employees well because everyone had a great attitude and seemed to enjoy their job. This is rare especially in these days and times. I've considered them in the past for an oil change but unfortunately they are priced out of what I care to pay for an oil change. This was my first time having them service my car at all, now I can kind of understand their higher pricing, it appears that they offer better customer service. This was definitely the most Pleasant admissions testing process I've had, simply because no one was smoking, everyone spoke to me, they made me feel welcome and comfortable. Next year I will bring all four of our cars for admissions at this location. Not sure if this is their standard or if I happen to have great employees at my local PDQ.

I came this morning for a service and upon walking in I noticed there was a lobby so I started in the chair and waited to be assisted. Three minutes after coming into the lobby a man walked up to me and asked me if I’ve been out I said no, but I do need a technician call change on my Canberra. Can you let me know the price and I was fine with the price and he told me that it wouldn’t be fixed until noon. I said I don’t mind waiting. He said this is a pick up and drop off service only we don’t need. We don’t like people waiting around in the lobby that’s it OK and I left because what is the point in having a lobby if you don’t want me to come and sit down and wait. I then drove my car to O’Reillys and I fixed it myself and saved me some money and they lost out on a great customer.

When in for emissions. Took less than 10 minutes. Brought it back for a wheel bearing. Ask for them to change the bearing on one side. They took it upon their self to double-check me where I was wrong. They correct the issue and had it repaired correctly. All for a great price

I had amazing service today at PDQ. The second I pulled up a gentleman came right out to the car and pulled me into a lane. The service was fast and everything was explained. Jordan was an outstanding technician and extremely helpful. I will 100% return for all of my future auto service needs.
