Terrific experience at Paul's Honda and Acura Specialist! I had a relatively extensive engine repair that required a full day's work. Brought my car to the boys here and they knocked it out in about six hours. Paul personally gave me a lift up to the local family fun center so that I could have an enjoyable place to hang out for the day. So while they were spending the day turning wrenches and banging knuckles, I was spending the day bowling, shooting pool and even squeezing in a round of putt-putt. They even took some personal time to help me reset the stereo code after the repair was completed! And best of all, my 2008 Accord is now running beautifully at a fraction of the cost I would have paid to the dealership. Above and beyond service from Paul and his team. Paul worked on my honda. Replaced the engine. Did a great job. I would recommend. Great communication and updates giving. If you need your honda worked on you need to check him out.
View on GooglePaul was recommended to me after being told by Precision Tune Auto Care that my car needed engine work (not true). Well they were wrong about my car but right about Paul. It didnt take him long to accurately diagnose my car and figure out what was wrong with it. Very knowledgeable and patient. What really pushed this review over the top was his willingnes to open his shop on a Saturday just to finish the repair on my car. He only repairs Honda and Acura but Highly recommended!!!

View on GoogleI had to get my car towed to Paul's shop but the tow service was much later than expected. Paul was very understanding. He went way above and beyond by waiting for my car to get there when I explained the situation to him and that, additionally, due to traffic, we were projected to arrive after his scheduled hours. He offered to wait for my car to arrive. He listened to my concerns for my vehicle and discussed what actions were required or recommended. When I left, I felt very confident I'd not only gotten excellent service, but I also got an excellent value for my money. So thankful to him. I'd been unable to go anywhere over the weekend and he gave me back my security in the safety of my car, and my mobility.
