I showed up at 5 minutes till 3:00pm, closing time on Saturdays. They were more than happy to take care of me! I needed a tire mounted and balanced for my truck. They had it taken care of in less than 15 minutes! I was very much impressed and grateful for taking care of needs at the last minute while giving me an affordable price with a smile 😊 Thank you Nate's Tire Depot!!

First time I was costumer(over a year ago) I was so impressed with the customer service , price and general kindness of the staff. I have even told family to go straight here when they have a tire issue. However, I went recently due to my front passenger side tire losing air everyday. The man told me due to the position of the TINY nail and the shoe of my tire it was impossible to patch, they would have to order me a new tire which would take a few days and it would be almost $200 for the tire! I asked how long he thought I could get away with the nail in my tire and his response was “it will be fine until it isn’t.” At that time I said I’d go see if another shop has the tire available due to the distance I’d be driving over the next few days. The man gave me a recommendation. When I arrived at the other place I expected them to just be trying to locate the nail when all of a sudden the man told me I’d have to pay inside it would be $15. They had patched the tire within minutes and me not even knowig! When I told him what THIS place had said about it being “not patchable” he told me sometimes men like to try and get one over on women thinking we don’t know any better! I 100% think the gentleman who fixed my tire is right and I am baffled that this is how the once so kindly ran and great business I once used and recommended to others is now trying to take advantage of customers!

CHECK YOUR TIRES BEFORE YOU PAY!!!!!!! I purchased 4 used tires from Nate’s in March. About 5 weeks later, someone noticed one of the tires had a bubble and a tear spot on the sidewall. I took my car back and showed the OWNER the tire he sold me. He told me: “The tear is just your rim guard.” “The bubble is okay because it’s not leaking air.” I specifically asked if it was safe to drive on, and he said YES. He also told me if anything happened, to come back and they would “work something out.” Well today, I walked out of work and my tire was completely flat on the ground. I went back to Nate’s, and suddenly the warranty was “over” and I had to BUY another tire. Selling someone a tire with a bubble in the sidewall and then refusing to stand behind it is unacceptable. I DO NOT recommend using them. Please check your tires carefully before leaving there.

Went in on Tuesday for a patch on my tire they did it quickly, not well apparently because they didn’t tighten the lug nuts enough and my tire was left extremely loose and wobbling. Never returning and advised you not to. Be VERY cautious if you choose to go here.

If I could give negative 5 stars I would. They patched a tire for my daughter then didn’t fully tighten the lugs. The tire started to wobble and damn near flew off. I went to tell the manager and he seemed like he could care less about this. DO NOT TRUST THESE PPL THEY REALLY DONT CARE IF YOU MAKE IT HOME OR NOT! They should not be in the tire repair business. Go here at your own risk.
