One of the most knowledgable honest mechanics I’ve experienced. He did not waste any time. He answered my call right away at 9pm on a Sunday and he even helped me diagnose the issue over the phone. Seemed like he was there to genuinely help. Prices were affordable. Highly recommended!

View on GoogleWe had an issue with our Freightliner Cascadia at night involving low air pressure and dead batteries. We were able to resolve the air pressure problem at the yard with help from another truck using an air line, and then we contacted a mechanic to jump-start the batteries. Before he arrived, I asked for his ETA and total price. He quoted $100 for the service call and $200 for the jump-start. I also asked about payment options, and he confirmed that both EFS checks and Zelle were acceptable. I specifically asked if Zelle would work, and he said yes. He arrived about 30–40 minutes later. After checking the truck, he stated that the issue was with bad ground wires. He then changed the total price to $550, claiming he had already discussed and agreed on additional repairs directly with the driver. However, our driver did not have authority to approve extra work or pricing without company confirmation. On top of that, he took the driver’s key and refused to return it immediately, which was completely unacceptable. To avoid further delays and problems, we decided to pay the $550 total — part by EFS and part by Zelle. After that, he changed his story again and claimed he could not accept EFS due to “fraud issues,” despite previously confirming over the phone that EFS was acceptable. At that point, I informed him that I was prepared to contact the police regarding the situation. Only after all this unnecessary stress and wasted time did he decide to go to a truck stop WITH my driver and withdraw the EFS payment.

Sylvester answered his phone when no one else would and drove 2 hours away just to help me. He walked me through everything step by step allowing me to learn and understand how I can prevent this from happening in the future. Even tho it was 4am he DIDN’T over charge me at all! honestly during this experience I felt like I knew him for years, he was honestly, transparent and really knowledgeable. Not only did Sylvester gain a new customer he gained a new friend. Good luck Sylvester I hope your business grows fast and I wish you nothing but success.
