So grateful for this place and the staff here! I needed a worn-out tire replaced expeditiously and needed it to be inexpensive (since the delivery of the tire I ordered elsewhere was delayed and my appointment set 2 days prior was cancelled with an hour warning 🥲) Not only were they able to get my tire in just a few hours, I was so surprised they had me in and out for my service in about 20 minutes, even though they seemed really busy. And they topped off the air in my other tires without even being asked! I will absolutely be visiting again any time I need help with my vehicle. If the owner or staff is reading this, thank y’all so much for your help! I didn’t catch anyone’s name but everyone I interacted with was warm and kind and I am very grateful for the prompt and polite service! 🥰

They Left the old removed lower control arm in the bed of a truck, I didn't realize until I heard a loud bang in the back when I was turning, they did absolutely nothing to resolve alignment issues after a serious accident, just did the biggest bill quick repair they could get from insurance and left trash in my truck, literally made no difference in my steering, they would 100% have been approved to replace the UCA, tie rods, and other components, that were visibly damaged just from the amount of play in the joint and bend in the tie rod, since the entire wheel was directly hit head on, but nope. Absolutely no effort made to resolve anything. They are typically sublet out by a awful body shop (Elite Collision) so that should tell you everything you need to know. I don't get how any of these garbage shops stay in business, but the time is coming where the greedy lazy people running these shops won't be around, and the people working for them will move on to better shops with higher standards, and the world will be a better place.
