This is a place is so inconsistent it pisses me off. I've been here multiple times and its hit or miss whether or not I'll get good service. Multiple times I've come at the posted times and no one has been here. Other times, service was quick fast and good. I went in today (9/30) hoping to come right at opening so I could get my emissions done before work. Showed up early at 7:45 am for their 8am - 5pm service times. Noone showed up. I have to be to work by 9. I don't have time for them to just show up whenever they feel like it. Read in someone else's comments that had a similar experience to just go 2 minutes up the road to Auto Quick. I am there right now and was seen almost immediately. I will not be back to this place. I'm really tired of being disappointed and my time not being respected.

View on GoogleSat in line for 20 mins only to get to the front as he stopped me and stated he was going to lunch. He stated the car in front of me had a sign that he was going, but it was really small. I thought it was a car from an auto mechanic shop. Then, he blames me for the other cars that lined up behind me as a result of his small lunch sign. Smh. I went down the street to Auto Quick Fast Lube with no line $20 and fast service.
