erything seemed fine, nice people, fast paced, but ended with horrible work & service. I thought everything looked fine at first but after driving off the lot I had a closer examination once I got home and realized that the paint was a different color than the original. I reached back out, took my car back up to the shop for them to inspect it and spoke with Dorothy who noticed herself said they will fix it. The next day I received an email from Juliana stating that the only color they applied only on the bumper was in the middle and that my car panels “are different colors”. This is a lie, the car was bought brand new & no previous accidents. What I find crazy is that when I first brought my car to get looked at, she was the one who stated the rear bumper needed to be replaced. Luckily I had a picture of how my car looked before and after and it’s obvious that the entire rear bumper is a different color. I’ve tried emailing (never contacted me back), calling & was told I’d receive a call back because they were “very busy” and never did. They refuse to take accountability and would not recommend to ANYONE.

The customer service is great, and Juliana (Julie-ah-na) and Dorthy at Jodeco Auto Body shop are amazing, sweet, and very professional, and reassured me with great customer service when I was concerned about pricing and how the repairs were coming along. Juliana is also a champ when it comes to working with insurance companies like State Farm and having them work on your car is one of the best decisions you will ever make in my opinion. ⭐️Plus, if for whatever reason you are unhappy about something, if they can, just let Juliana know and they'll do what they can to get it taken care of for you- They have improved my car many of times. Any time I need a body shop place to fix up my car I Always go to Jodeco Auto Body in McDonough. They didn't pay me to say this, but it's true. I have been coming here for years when I've needed to, and they've always come through on repairing my car, and it usually has taken about a week's time before I've gotten my car back 'lookin brand new'. 😉🫶❤️
