Great service. Eric (store manager) was great and was able to diagnose my brake issue and offer service without any unnecessary add on's. The whole crew there are very professional and the customer service is top notch. Definitely will be a repeat customer.

View on GoogleThe price of my oil change went up over $20, which is bogus! It’s only been a month maybe even 2 since my last oil change! How does an oil change rise over $20 and the guy tells me to take it up with corporate if I had an issue with the price! We have an F-150 and Chevy 2500 that we don’t pay that much for an oil change and both are full synthetic. Never again will I patronize a Grease Monkey again. I overlooked the fact that I was missing different caps under my hood (replaced via Amazon) and I continued to patronize you all, however, the old saying is correct, when you know better you do better, so my decision NOT to return is me knowing and doing better.

I realized after I got there that he had sent me there because he trusted that they would take great care of me since he couldn't be there. They were so nice and got my testing done quickly and efficiently. It was obvious they knew what they were doing and were great at their jobs. I was in and out in under 20 minutes.
