This review is now long overdue. I have been bringing my caddy to Goodyear for over three years, and throughout this period, the staff has consistently demonstrated exceptional professionalism, integrity, and honesty. If you are seeking trustworthy mechanics, this establishment is highly recommended.
View on GoogleOverall, I had a positive experience. I scheduled an appointment online, and this location was the most convenient for me. When I arrived, the employee at the front desk let me know they were short-staffed, but he still managed to fit me in. I was in and out within 45 minutes to an hour, which I found reasonable given the circumstances. While the service was good and I had no issues with the work done, I did overhear one of the employees mention that there were only two people working and they hadn’t even been able to take a lunch break. That’s concerning. Goodyear should really do a better job of supporting the staff at this location—they’re representing the company just as much as any manager or executive.
View on GoogleHad tires installed here, as a mechanic. I was informed I needed an alignment and brakes also. Declined, but what's pertinent is they didn't try to sell me things I didn't need. I know personally everything under there is in good shape except those two items. So, I believe this to be an honest shop. If their advice is given, it's not an upsell or unnecessary, and you can trust it.

View on GoogleI have to give this store five stars! I recently had some car trouble that required me to spend $2,800 over the course of a week. Even though we had a strong disagreement in which I was extremely rude, they provided me with top-notch customer service in spite of my attitude and proceeded to look into the problem further. Within an hour or so, they diagnosed and corrected the issue and explained the reasoning behind what was happening. I sincerely apologize for how I acted and am truly grateful for the service this store and the technicians provided me.
