I am very disappointed with the service at this facility. I checked in at 11:34 AM for my 1:00 PM appointment and didn’t receive the green light to leave until 9:56 PM. Spending more than 10 hours at a facility for a scheduled appointment is extremely frustrating and can seriously affect a driver’s schedule and Hours of Service. These are the facts of my experience. I’ll let others decide what they think.

View on GoogleReally good experienced at this place really nice people. My appointment was at 16:30 arrived at 13:30 assigned me dock right away and by 15:00 I was on my way out. Like I said was my experience hopefully this is the way they work now.
View on GoogleWorst place to pick up from Had an appointment for 7 PM to pick up got here a little early 12 PM went to the office. I checked in gave them to pick up information. They found a load they told me my appointment was at seven. Took my number. They said they will give me a call once there’s a dock available they ended up giving me a dock door at 8 PM. Our pass my appointment time and didn’t started loading not until 12 am past midnight.
View on Googlesorry for 0 star option doesn't exist, long story short- 11am appt, showed up at 8:40 no trucks on yard( only me) didn't give me a door, put in door at 11:30am, now it's 2:30 pm and they lost part of my load, still waiting loaded about 70%. those people's just pissed me off due to they professionalism and didn't respect to OTR drivers.
