I took my 2021 Colorado (V6 / 3.6L) in for a thermostat replacement. They called me later to advise that the labor would be 4.5 hours ($675). I told them I thought it was high, but I needed it done quickly before a trip out of town, so I reluctantly said go ahead. They called me less than 2 hours later to say it was done (??). The Mitchell's manual says it should take 1.2 man hours. Yet another shop I can't trust.

So grateful for the fantastic service I received! I had gotten scammed by a mobile mechanic in my hometown so I came here to get my car fixed. They took my car and called me same day to let me know what the issue was. I agreed to the price, very reasonable, and they got my car fixed the same day! Will definitely come here for all my car needs. The lady at the front desk is also super friendly!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5 stars in my book. If you’re looking for a mechanic you can actually trust, look no further than Auto Medics of McDonough! Woman to Woman - highly recommended. From the moment I walked in, I was blown away by the professionalism, cleanliness, timeliness and honest service provided. I truly appreciated that there were no "mystery fees" or upselling. The price was incredibly fair. Yet, what stood out most was Mr. Will and his willingness listen to my needs and the time he took to educate me on what needed to happen to my Kia Soul, his kind demeanor made the entire experience stress-free. It is such a relief to find a shop that combines superior work with integrity. Happy to have found you.

12/02/2024, Update: I maintain my Five Star rating for this shop and highly recommend it. Best auto repair experience ever! Best price in town for replacing the AC compressor, Drier, and re-charging the system. The owner, Will, is polite, courteous, and a true professional in his area of experience: repairing automobiles. I highly recommend Auto Medics of McDonough and will return to the Best Auto-Doc I know about for any other auto service needed for my Honda CR-V and any other vehicle I may own. A satisfied customer equals a returning customer. I shall return. 😇
