We were on a road trip and stopped because we started to smell a burning smell. We stopped for gas and ended up going to Tires Plus to see if they can take a look. We decided to just get an oil change since I was due and hadn’t a chance to do one prior to the road trip. The rep who helped us was understanding and worked with us to get our vehicle looked at and serviced in no more than an hour ! We were satisfied and on our way. So very thankful for his service and his crew and was able to enjoy our trip ! Thank you!

I have been here many times. Zeke and his crew are so polite. Zeke goes out of his way to help when I need something done. Chris is always friendly and does great at the front. I would recommend changing your auto needs to them. Bengie and Mr T are missed now that they are gone to other places. It helps when you bring them cookies! Always get a smile.

definitely a positive experience from the very beginning. requested an appointment through the call center. both the call center and the gentleman up front were very nice. the pricing for 2 tires was affordable and like the fact that you get the total out the door pricing... so no surprise fees. and the technicians handled my "dinosaur" of a car with car. definitely will keep coming back, well because of the positive experience my 1st go around with tires plus back in 2021... i came back again.
