The worst experience of my life. I'm giving it one star because it won't let me give it zero. The people there are incredibly disrespectful, irresponsible, and racist. Their work was useless, and because I'm Latina, they treated me like dirt.

View on GoogleI have been a customer for over a decade Bob & Joann are the sweetest people. Bob can be a tad gruff when things get busy, so like any relationship, I know when keep things light. They are two of the honest and helpful people I know. As mentioned by others, their prices are reasonable, service is great, and work is done quickly. They also care for a fleet of delierovehicle,so I try to be as flexible as I can with scheduling. I would and have recommended AAR to a number of people.
View on GoogleFor 7 months I searched auto service companies to rewire my 92 Cartier Lincoln town car with few miles. No one was able to handle it. I was referred to American Auto Services who took on the task of doing a complete interior wiring of the car. They performed the task with utmost excellence and in the time frame promised. The Dawkins family own this business and I cannot say enough about their quality of workmanship in this regard. Shortly after I received the car I drove it 3000 miles to Vancouver, BC in Canada and had no problems with it whatsoever. In fact it worked better than before. The charges were fair and equitable for this big task. I would strongly recommend them when others can't fix your car! Grant B.

I have only had my car their over night on one occasion and it was only due to the parts shop being closed for the holidays. I refuse to take my vehicle to anyone but Bob and Joann and highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality auto service done in a timely manner.
