My husband was the one who took our Tiguan to get an oil change there and he was very satisfied with the service. It was efficient and the gentlemen (Eric and Scott) were very professional and easy to work with. We will definitely go back again.

View on GoogleI brought my car, first thing in the morning. There were NO OTHER CARS ahead of mine. All of the workers were standing around talking to each other. STILL no one started on my car. I waited for about 20-30 minutes, eventually had someone pick me up. The workers were still standing around talking when I left. I waited for 2 hours for a tire rotation. When I called they said there was a truck ahead of my car & they would get to mine after that. I decided that I would just pick my car up & go someplace else. When I arrived my car was on the rack & it took about 10 minutes for the tire rotation. Somehow a 10 minute job turned into 2 hours. I have no clue why I couldn’t get the 10 minute tire rotation done in the 20-30 minutes I was waiting & no other cars were there. I had to wait for the “workers” to service other cars that came AFTER mine. DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP. Completely unprofessional. Bad time management. -10/10

Eric really stood out he was honest, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain what he was seeing without making it feel like I was being pushed into anything. He made the whole process easy and straightforward, which I appreciated. Even though it was just a check, they treated it with care and attention. It’s good to know there are still places that value customer service like this. I’d definitely recommend Tire Discounters.
