I had been looking for a 2019 GT Premium Convertible 6-speed and somehow luckily found an exact match with all the options. Bought the car (very excited & happily) on 01/20/2020 (2 days before my b/day) and was enjoying it thoroughly. On 02/14/2020, was out w/ the wife enjoying a sunny valentine's day when I was rear-ended on Canton Rd near E. Piedmont. If you see the pictures, I still had the dealer/temp tag...had not even finished my 1st payment....talk about being super upset. Regardless, took the car-in on 03/03/2020 to Tidwell and they kept me informed about all the repairs on a very frequent basis (much appreciated). I got the car back on 03/26 and they were nice enough to make a few tweaks to align the truck, etc. Thus far very happy w/ the repairs; no complaints.

Terrible body shop! Did work on a 2014 Camry. Terrible fit and finish, used a flimsy junk, cheap aftermarket L fender liner and splash guard that were not anywhere near OEM quality, and the car started falling apart. We talked to Travelers insurance since the repairs are guaranteed, and adjuster M. and her boss A. blamed us after we took the car back! M. said we must have damaged the car on the drive home! Manager A. was no better. He was not sympathetic to our situation, took no responsibility for the poor quality parts used, and denied that the pictures I took the day we picked it up were representative of their repair work. We got Travelers to side with us when the saw pictures of the poor workmanship. iPhone pics have date & time stamps! We took it to a different body shop to get fixed and they confirmed that the work done at Jim Tidwell used poor quality parts. Jim Tidwell had a chance to make this right. They failed. I told them they would suffer the wrath of my reviews with pictures, so here we are. I posted on Yelp as well! The attached pictures were taken the day we picked up the car from Tidwell! See for yourself and AVOID this body shop! You’ll notice they never respond to this review, because they KNOW they messed up, as the pictures speak volumes about their poor workmanship. When another body shop confirms their shoddy work after they pull the bumper, you know it’s bad! You should see the thin L front fender liner they used. It's slightly better quality than a couple layers of milk jug! Edit for Mr. Billy Sharp: The repairs were for Meriel Taylor / Travelers Insurance.

Always great team at Jim Tidwell Collision. Alex has been my go to guy. Whenever I have a situation, they get right to it and get it done... Thanks Collision team and I'm going to figure out that coffee machine!!!

I must rave about the service I have received from this collision center, if you must go here I hope you have the pleasure of being served by Kenneth Rose. He took the most agitating inconvenient situation and made it a breeze for me. They did a stellar job on my repairs and when I had to follow up with problems they were very quick to address it. Ken was so intuitive and his communication is 2nd to none. The staff was always well informed whether he was there or not because he always made sure to leave detailed instructions. He gave me updates even send pictures during the process. If there were any issues he always let me know about it. Jim Tidwell is the way to go if you must go this way. I highly recommend.

My 2017 F150 needed extensive repairs and repainting that took a few weeks, but Alex always kept me updated. The work turned out great. This was the third time my truck had been taken to them for repairs. I keep coming back because they are the best place for factory-quality repairs of Ford vehicles.
