Very satisfied with my experience with Kennesaw Mazda's service!! Chris was phenomenal, he kept me updated, and answered all of my many questions. Their prices were extremely reasonable, quick turn around time to get my vehicle back, and no fuss about getting a loaner car. I want to also offer my comparison to Jim Ellis Mazda as that is where I purchased my car and needed a couple things done after I got it. Jim Ellis is chaotic and cannot hold a candle to the professionalism and communication of Kennesaw Mazda. Sad I didn't purchase my car from them! But all service will be with them from this point on. Thanks again!

Great service! The oil change was quick and efficient, and the staff was very kind and professional. The place is clean, beautiful, and very comfortable. They also offer water, coffee, and some snacks—and the chocolate cookie at the café is simply amazing😍😉👌Highly recommend!

Had oil changed and tires rotated, plus there was a software update performed. I have a service contract so there was no cost. At the same time they inspected the various major items including, brakes, tires, filters and topped off some fluids. All went well and the service staff (Stephen) was very professional and kept me informed. The engine and cabin air filters were dirty and needed to be replaced. I was quoted a cost of close to $200. I declined and replaced them myself for $35(purchased online). It took me maybe 10 mins to replace both. My concern, they had to remove and reinstall the filters to inspect them, so if they offered to only charge for parts, I would likely have had them replace them. Food for thought.....

Christopher was very professional and polite as he checked me in for my oil change. They sent me a text of other things that needed to be done - which I easily decline because it was based on mileage and not on necessity. No pressure to do more than just an oil change. They had a special BOGO on oil changes that day (which I was not aware of), so my next oil change is free!
