I pulled up.. a gentlemen with a blue hoodie confirmed that I was at the right place. 10 minutes later, hadn't heard from that person. There were 4 or 5 blue goodies workers standing walking around none of them helped me. Would not recommend to a friend.

Mr. Laye was an absolute gentleman and professional. I was on my way in minutes. Tip for newcomers: he’s located in the booth behind the Texaco station, right up against the tunnel wash structure for the car wash business that shares the space. You must park at the emissions booth and approach Mr. Laye inside that booth during posted hours. The car wash attendants have nothing to do with Mr Laye’s emissions booth and will assume you’re asking about their hours and availability if you pull up and ask the first person you see at a car wash “are you open?”
