Kennesaw Auto Center did a great job on the 100k mile service on my 2014 Toyota Camry. The car also needed the rear struts replaced. Professional, kept us informed during the process and cost was reasonable. My car runs like new now. Shout out to Jason for his amazing customer service!
View on GoogleHad to wait a week for my appointment, but it was well worth it. When I stopped by to check them out, I immediately felt very comfortable with Jason and the gang. They were very down to earth and understanding of my needs. When appointment day came, they were very accommodating getting my vehicle in as quick as possible, and keeping me informed of any changes. I was very comfortable with their diagnosis. It seemed spot on and not inflated. A good price for good work. I’ll definitely use them again in the future and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
View on GoogleThe Kennesaw auto team was great. I primarily dealt with Corey. Interactions were straightforward and honest. The guys up front have some age on them (more mature) and it shows in a good way. Each is likable and knowledgeable. The work was done quickly and they made after hours pay and pickup effortless. The triage was straightforward and I wasn’t upsold at all (other shops have tried in the past and that is a major pet peeve of mine). In fact I was told exactly where the life of the part was and I could make the call either way. Very professional and top notch. The lobby is clean and the grounds are well manicured. 10/10 would recommend.

View on GoogleCorey took care of our brake shudder when decelerating from highway speeds. He didn’t try to upsell us, and in fact looked at ways to save us money. He also identified a mistaken our previous service center made, corrected it for us free of charge, and even made sure we knew he wasn’t disparaging our previous service provider—he said everyone makes mistakes, KAC included.
