According to their website they open at 730 on Saturdays. I arrived at 735 to be exact. No one showed up until 930. Upon arrival no one greeted me no one apologized that I sat and waited 2 hours, one man even acknowledged that the store clerk of the attached store told him I had been here waiting. Yes they are quick with there service but if your looking for any type of "customer service", please avoid. I literally had to beg to get an apology🤬
View on GoogleI have used Juan's tires for the last time. I have always liked that I could just pull up and get the work done. No up sale or personal info needed. Good work and reasonably priced. However today I brought them 4 new tires to install. They wanted $160 which is ridiculous. Discount tire right down the street charges $100 for the same service. I have had probably 10 sets of tires put on at Juan's and never paid more than $100 but I guess they now think they are better than the big tire stores. Take a few extra minutes and go to some other place that will back up their work. You will save some money and have some peace of mind.
View on GoogleIf you’re looking to purchase a tire from this place, I highly wouldn’t recommend it. They sell really bad damaged tires. They try to make it look all nice in front of you but it’s just a cover up. I literally brought a used tire drove home and parked for the rest of the night. In the morning my tire was flat. Flat! After paying $70 I even brought the guys a gallon of water the day of purchase. I brung the tire back that Monday and they said sorry no refund, nothing we can do for you! Owner acted like he didn’t care and made it seem like I was lying about the tire. Customer service here sucks. I would definitely recommend taking your vehicle else where. Do not support this business!
