It was very easy to make my appointment and my service advisor was great to work with. The work was completed quickly on a Saturday morning. The video overview of the car was nice to have as well. I just moved here a few months ago and this will be my VW dealer of choice.

The service department might be very reputable when it comes to the mechanics but it's a nightmare when it comes to communicating with the Service Advisors or even reaching them. They aren't the best at explaining hr issues at hand and frankly made a mess of my particular situation. By the time I got answers I was too frustrated to continue dealing with this dealership. Whatever happened to calling the customer back, explaining the findings and answering their questions. A text isn't quite the same. The AI Stella doesn't make getting answers and getting to talk to a human easy at all. 50% of the time that is who picked up the phone. A very unnecessarily frustrating experience. I'd strongly suggest you find a local German Auto shop instead. It'll be less of a pain to communicate with and it'll be altogether faster, easier and definitely more reasonably priced.I'd forgotten the pain of dealing with a dealer. I'm once again done with dealerships for years to come. This experience would've been totally different, even with a very unreasonable repair quote, if there had been decedent communication and professionalism. I would've probably agreed to pay them anything had the experience gone differently. Very disappointing.

Purchased a vehicle at this dealership. It had a check engine light on. Simple evap leak. Sales said not to worry, they would make sure Service gets it fixed for us...Dropped the car off on Friday afternoon. Service advisor, Garret, told us he would try to get it fixed on Friday but if not, despite being short staffed, they would finish on Sat (due to the circumstances of buying the car for our son away at school). They knew my son needed the vehicle to drive back to school. I finally called on Saturday afternoon because I did not hear anything. The person answering the phone was horrible to deal with. On hold forever. They could not find my car. They sounded very confused and yelling to speak to people in the background. They finally told me the vehicle would not be looked at till Monday and told me to come get it if I needed it. Very rude. They took zero time to understand the situation and just told us to come pick up the car. Our service advisor could not even bother to pick up the phone and try to make things right. Just total silence more than a week out. Prior to this, I used them for another VW I own. 10k service, which is basically an oil change, took almost 4 hours during a weekday. That should have been a huge red flag. They could not even complete it properly because they said there were issues doing a software update. They could not even complete a simple 10k service after 4 hours on a slow weekday. If you look at the profile for their Dealership/Sales dept, majority of the bad reviews over there have to do with the Service center. Might be worth reading those if you are interested in using this place.

Great experience. Just purchased a 18 golf from another dealer(not a vw) and only had one key. I walked in setup purchased new key and setup the appointment with no problems. When the appointment came I was able to get in and out even quicker than expected. It probably took total an hour to an hour and a half for a recall on my car and the key programming. I would Definitely recommend this service department and a special thanks to garrett my service advisor.

I love Jim Ellis! We purchased our car from them and every single employee we have come into contact in has been friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. A huge shout out to Kaia in Service and Kyle in Service! They fixed my car that was under warranty efficiently. My only complaint is that I wish it wasn't so difficult to get in a loaner vehicle for families who share a car.
