I'm new to Porsche and bought a 997.2 without a PPI. (Yeah, I know...) Took it to these guys for a "post" purchase inspection. They were super welcoming and very thorough. Took time to walk me through all of the good news and to highlight some upcoming issues given the age and mileage of my car. Ken and Adam were incredibly professional, patient, and informative. Totally worth the two and a half hour drive from Columbus, GA.

What a strange business. I wanted some upgrades to my Cayman so I called them. The guy on the phone said he is not the right person but I will get called back. Days passed. Nothing. I reach out to them via a detailed email with all my questions and upgrades I wanted done. Days pass, nothing. At this point I thought it was a system glitch. A few weeks later I was in the area so I stopped by in person. I spoke with a guy who seemed knowledgeable, we made a plan and he was supposed to get back to me with a quote. Weeks passed since and nothing. I left my phone number AND email. I've honestly never experienced a business wasting my time like this. If I was the owner I would be furious. They left 3-4k in labor revenue on the table. Business must be great for this to happen. I am a longtime Porsche owner. They lost a lifetime of my business. Also, I am a PCA member and will make sure to share my experience with other members.

Truly the 'gold standard' in Atlanta for Porsche maintenance and modification. This is my first 911/Porsche and to get it ready for the track, Goldcrest covered all the work I requested, plus a last minute add-on, all within the original time and at a more than fair cost. My car was delivered back cleaner than provided, along with all the documentation on the work completed. They will be my #1 call for all work on my 911 moving forward.
