Driven Collision

On November 26, 2025, someone backed into my 2004 Honda S2000 in a Publix parking lot. My insurance company (Hagerty) recommended that I find the best paint and body shop my area. Online reviews don't always paint a full picture, so I made a Reddit post in r/Atlanta asking for opinions there. The overwhelming response from the replies was Driven Collision in Kennesaw. I reached out to Driven Collision in Kennesaw a few days later. Alan responded very quickly. Typically this shop only accepts cars up to ten years old, but I lucked out and since OEM parts are still somewhat available for my car, Driven agreed to perform the repairs. I’m glad they did. My 22 year old S2000 looks brand new. I was concerned that the pearl yellow would be difficult to match/blend, but the Driven team did a phenomenal job. I had the car towed to Driven on 12/29/2025 to start repairs, and it's being towed back to my home in Flowery Branch today, 3/5/2026 as I type this. A big thanks to Steve, Pedro, Morgan, and the technicians for their excellent communication and attention to detail. If you've looked at Driven's website, you can see what types of automobiles they service. I know my car doesn’t fit the bill of an exotic but they sure treated it like one. Not only did the team provide solid service for the actual repairs, but they assisted with with transportation of the car from Kennesaw back to my house in Hall County, and provided references for an appraiser to help with diminished value. Morgan even sent an introductory email between the appraiser and me to get things rolling. I suspect most collision specialist shops don't provide this level of service, but since this is my first, I'm spoiled. Alan, I suspect you read the reviews posted here. Your team did a great job and I'd give more than five stars if I could.

We recently had to bring our brand-new Mercedes-Benz GLC 300 into Driven Collision after accidentally running over a curb and damaging the underside near the passenger-side rear wheel. From the start, the team treated us with professionalism and honesty. Steve greeted us right away, was polite, and went through the estimate in detail. He immediately spotted damage to the muffler that I hadn’t noticed myself and explained that replacing it was purely cosmetic and not necessary unless we wanted to — no pressure, just upfront honesty. That kind of transparency really stood out. Eric handled my deposit for the parts and took the time to walk me through exactly what we were ordering. There was a question about whether a sensor needed to be replaced, and instead of brushing it off or pushing the replacement, he actually walked with me around the rear bumper to check every sensor. After placing the deposit on Wednesday, I got a call Friday that the parts were already in. I dropped the car off Monday, and by Wednesday I got the call that everything was finished. The turnaround was impressively quick. The results were excellent. The repairs look flawless, and throughout the process Morgan kept me updated and made sure I felt taken care of. Between Steve’s honesty, Eric’s extra effort, and Morgan’s great customer service, this was one of the smoothest experiences I’ve ever had with any repair shop. I truly hope we don’t need collision work again anytime soon, but if we do, there’s no question where I’ll be going.
