Honestly was the least stressful car maintenance I’ve ever had. Brought the car in they looked it over gave me a call told me what was wrong which matched what I knew was wrong. They fixed it and gave me a 10% discount. I only buy Nissan rogues and this is a model issue that I get fixed every 2 years and the price was exactly what I’m accustomed to paying so I was happy. The price was expected, the issue was pre known and they varied it. Best experience hands down.

Joe and his team were AMAZING! My wife and we're traveling from another state and had a blowout on the interstate. Thankfully, were were only 2 miles from Joe and the Tire Center. Joe and his team had us back on the road in no time. The facility was clean, welcoming, and most of all WARM!. LOL. The wife and I had a quick lunch next door with Joe and his team went to work and needless to say they all did an excellent job. I would highly recommend Joe and his team down at D. W. Thanks again!

This shop is incredible. They do good work quickly and are very honest and have incredible communication. They do not oversell, they do not take advantage of people, and they are very kind. Prices are very fair and well explained. I had to get an alignment done and ended up bringing my two year old niece with me. I packed a bag of books and toys for her to use in the waiting room, but didn't ever need it because of the thoughtfully set up space for children in their waiting room. She was delighted and entertained, but the alignment didn't even take that long! I need to mention how they went above and beyond to assist with a completely non-car related issue I experienced while in their waiting room. I noticed my niece had a tick on her neck and asked John (who had just walked into the waiting room) if they had tweezers or something I could use to remove it. Luke overheard from an office and immediately came over to help. John found tweezers and Luke helped me remove and dispose of the tick. This is a level of genuine care and help that I have NEVER experienced at a car shop. I cannot recommend them enough.

My young daughter had a skid plate partially disconnect from her vehicle and start dragging on the ground. She pulled into this shop. They were awesome. They got her right in took care of her. So she could get on the road. I cannot say enough. Good things about these people. They are awesome

I scheduled an appointment for an oil change, and when I arrived gave them a list of items the dealership explained I needed to have done. They did their own review and explained I did not need all of the dealership recommendations. They were able to take care of everything that needed to be done that day. I highly recommend using them.
