I had a great experience with this auto body shop. From the moment I walked in, the team was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional. I especially want to mention Mark Kligerman, he went above and beyond to take the time to listen to my situation, offer honest advice, and make sure I understood my options. There was zero pressure and no attempt to upsell anything I didn’t need, which really says a lot about his character and the shop as a whole. What stood out most was the honesty and genuine care. It’s clear they value people just as much as business, which is rare to find. I left feeling respected, informed, and confident in the guidance I was given. If their customer service is any indication of their work, I have no doubt they do excellent repairs. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for trustworthy, professional, and genuinely good people.

Get a second opinion! Over-quoted by $2,000. I brought my Nissan truck to Cobb County Collision for a small paint chip on the wheel well (see photos). Their estimate was $2,300, claiming they needed to remove my canopy and repaint the entire side of the vehicle from the wheel back. Thankfully, I looked elsewhere. I temporarily touched it up to prevent rust and later found a professional who repaired it for just $250 (plus a $50 tip for the great work). Two years and dozens of car washes later, the blended paint is still perfect. I strongly recommend obtaining several quotes before committing to any work here. The price discrepancy was simply unbelievable.

I highly recommend this center if you need any repair work completed! They are prompt, professional, and provide excellent outcomes. I want to particularly shout out Brad Wade and Lake Shipley. They truly went above and beyond with their service! The receptionist, Andrea Davis, is so kind and approachable. Mark Kligerman stayed late to work on an issue and promptly helped me. 10/10 recommend!

Wonderful experience working with Cobb County Collision Center! Our technician and point of contact was Lake - he is an all-star! He was efficient in communication through both email and text, he took the time to fully inspect the vehicle and explain to us what would be needed, and was willing to work with our insurance company to get the quote accurate and the work completed. The car looks brand new - all the dents from the hail damage it had are completely gone! The front desk staff was also lovely to work with, both over the phone and in person (Maya & Andrea). If we ever need repair done on our vehicles as far as bodywork I know we will come here!

BEWARE: Dishonest and unprofessional. Both times I took my car there, it did not work the day after. Cobb Collision told me to get a diagnostic test and they would pay for repairs if they caused it- so I did. The diagnostic test confirmed they burned my starter, yet they are still refusing to correct it. Joel Treigger was verbally aggressive and admitted he had no idea what the issue was and had to use AI to understand. Joel said, "You act like the diagnostic test is God and everything the tech says is the Bible" and "You can't get it through your head that you are wrong." My car ran perfectly before Cobb Collision, but now no longer runs.
