During a stressful time of being in a car accident. Classic collision did not add to it the process from drop off to pick up was seamless. I recieved updates regularly about what stage my vehicle was in from disassembling, paint ,reassemble and cleaning now that’s exceptional communication. Bo was very helpful he answered all my questions with confidence and knowledge. He also advocated for the replacement parts for my Tesla with the insurance company. Good job Bo I’ll definitely recommend Classic Collision.

I brought my car in to be serviced in October because I hit a deer. My front bumper needed to be replaced. The work wasn’t completed until January because my headlights were in back order. My car was returned to me in November and I was told they would let me know when my headlights came in. The issue is the subpar work. The sensor in the front bumper kept getting dislodged and popping out. It fell out completely in March. I called in to have it addressed. I was told the manager would get back to me, he did not. I had to call back the next day and I was told the sensor was ordered. They could leave communicated that to me. It has now been 4 weeks and I have not heard back. I called yesterday and was told the manager would get back to me. He did not. The level of professionalism and communication is why they get 1 star. I would not recommend and I will tell my insurance company moving forward not to use this location.
