Chloe's Auto Repair and Tire Kennesaw

If I could give this negative stars I would, I have been here several times over the past year and had excellent service by them. I don’t know who they’ve hired in the past couple months, but the technicians are terrible. The first problem I ever experienced with my car from them was getting my A/C compressor replaced back in April 2025. The day after I picked it up, I was driving around and my car went into “limp mode”. They stated they were unsure why that happened, but it’s no coincidence my car went into limp mode from something transmission related (revealed after taking it to Nissan) after they worked on my A/C unit. I thought it was just a coincidence, so I looked past it. This past Tuesday, I had coolant leak from my car so I took it to Chloe’s to get the radiator replaced. The day I picked it up (Thursday), I got exactly 2 miles from the shop when my car went into the limp mode for the 2nd time ever. I was thankfully able to pull over out of traffic to notice my car’s transmission fluid all on the ground and had to tow it BACK to Chloe’s. After towing it back, they agreed to refill my transmission fluid free of charge and reimburse me for the tow. I was driving today on 285 when I heard something sweep under my car, so I pulled over. I get out the car to notice my wheel well cover was not secured whatsoever which led to it being severely damaged, causing me to have to pull over and find alternative methods to secure it so my car would at least be drivable. After calling the shop to explain my situation, they confirmed that they had to remove my wheel well to work on my radiator. They stated for me to come back, so I could have them replace it. I cannot express my grave frustration with everything I have experienced this week from them all from being inconvenienced and putting me in danger with not securing things on my car post work!!! I would never recommend them to ANYONE and i would stay far away from them as possible speaking from experience. Pictures are attached below of my experience!!

. Wyatt got me checked in initially, but honestly everyone there was friendly, professional, and just seemed to work really well together. The atmosphere felt welcoming . The waiting room was also very clean and comfortable, and they even had snacks available, which was a nice touch. Overall, they made the whole experience easy and pleasant. I’d definitely recommend them. I had an alignment and a new radiator installed. I felt the change for the service was reasonable .

My husband and I had been burned by a previous auto shop. We came to Chloe’s off of a referral. At first the communication was fantastic with the GM, Tim. Then he had to go midday for a family event, and the communication went downhill. The prices were overpriced, but our biggest issue was that the communication was horrible. At one point we had a conversation and booked an appointment of when to bring my car in the following week with Tim, and an hour later Wyatt took over after Tim left and told us the car was already being worked on. This upset us because they told us the work may not be finished, and I needed my car for work the next day. Then when my car was ready, I never received a call. When I called to ask about my car, they said they called and the person said they would pick it up Monday morning. My husband and I never received a call. Everything fell apart with Chloe’s. We were given a list of things to fix. We got a second opinion, and they were wrong. The part they said were broken were not. The only thing that needed to be done was change my transmission fluid. This felt like a bait and switch scam to get us in and pay out the butt for things that were not needed. Save yourself a trip and go somewhere else. It was a bad experience overall, and they want too much money.

While the price was more than I expected, they did go above and beyond and did an excellent job! To be clear, I am not blaming Chloe’s for the pricing either, as I have not been to a mechanic shop in over 10 years so it was more sticker shock along with our entire society. I do feel I got what I paid for, and their communication was OUTSTANDING! They allowed me to come in immediately (late afternoon) for a diagnostic checked and had it back to me the next morning with the repair complete.

Well we're should I start. First off I'm pretty handy about fixing things. But sometimes it's easier to pay someone else to do something. Or you would think. First time we had service to our car. I had looked at it. And found out that the turbo cooling line was leaking. So my wife took her car there. They told her it was a main seal leaking wow I said. And when she went to pick it up. A whole 4 days after they said it's going to be done. They said as soon as they got the main seal fixed the turbo cooling line started leaking. Imagine that that was $4,000 all together. The second time. They rotated the oil and changed the tires that we had bought from them. And they're supposed to have free lifetime rotation. They charge her for it. Couple days later she was in the parking lot and one of the back tire lockdown. They left two lug nuts off. And the lugs had backed off inside the hub. Just imagine what would happen if she's on the interstate going 70 or 80 mile an hour. Did I take it back for them to fix. Like I said I'm handy with my hands I know what's going on. And my wife's life is more important than my time. So I fixed it myself. I would not tell my worst enemy to take their car there. And I will be posting a bad review. Everyday. Until you take this website down.
