Not really sure how I feel about this place. The pricing is affordable and the staff was quick and friendly, but I wasn’t informed until my car was already on the lift that it would be an additional $60 to straighten the steering wheel on top of the alignment. At first, I thought this was an optional add-on. After calling several other local shops, I learned that most include steering wheel centering with an alignment, or charge at most an extra $20–$30. What bothered me most was the lack of transparency. I was quoted $89.99 for an alignment at the desk, and only after the car was being worked on was I told about the additional charge. That should be explained upfront. The photo included shows my steering wheel after the alignment. I was told it would still be crooked unless I paid the extra fee. Maybe my car is a more severe case, I’m not sure—but being asked to pay an additional $60 after the work had already started didn’t sit right with me. For that reason, I’ll likely be going to a different alignment shop next time.

Hands down the best service I’ve ever had. Jason and his team treated me so well, working on my car til it was perfect. I called to get a quote and was greeted by a nice man that asked if I wanted to bring it in for an inspection first. I told him that I was looking for some pricing first. I decided to drop by for them to inspect after receiving the quote. They advised that it was not what I thought and that my wheel arm was snapped in half and gave me a very good rate to fix it and an alignment. They were extremely nice and professional. Being a woman that does know a little about cars, I am always caution of taking my car to places because I have had others try to take advantage and think that I would know what they were doing to charge me more. I will definitely be taking my cars here for any future potential problems.
