⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a great experience getting my tires done here. The service was fast, professional, and straightforward. I got a full set of brand new Hankook Kinergy GT tires installed, and everything was done right — mounted, balanced, and ready to go with no issues. The pricing was more than fair, especially for the quality of the tires, and there were no hidden fees or surprises. He took care of everything efficiently and made sure the job was done properly. It’s hard to find honest, reliable work like this these days. I read the reviews that say he is impolite that’s not the case. He’s direct and to the point and doesn’t waste time that’s a relief because most people use fluff and do other than they say. With him you get what you see. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending him to others.

Thank goodness for Abbey Tires! We pulled into Jonesboro with a flat tire due to a poor patch job by Mavis Tires. Had to stay in a hotel overnight, and the next morning, no tire shops had the tire I needed. Abbey Tires went out of their way to go get the tire I needed and replaced it within an hour! The guys were super sweet and very helpful. Great customer service!
View on GoogleTerrible Customer Service - Lost a Loyal Customer I had an awful experience with this tire shop. I called them to inquire about steer tires for my semi-truck. As soon as I greeted the person with a polite “Good morning,” they responded with a rude “WHAT DO YOU NEED?” without any courtesy. I mentioned the specific size I needed, and the response was simply "NO." There was also a lot of background noise, so I asked if he could please repeat himself politely, as I couldn’t hear him properly. Instead of trying to assist me, he rudely shouted “NOOOOO” at me. That was enough for me to decide to take my business elsewhere. It's disappointing because I manage a fleet of 300 trucks that regularly need tire services, and I won’t be coming back to this place. They’ve just lost a steady customer with regular needs from their location.
