I went to Towy Tires yesterday after getting a flat and needed a used tire. They were quick, affordable, and reliable from start to finish. Carlos helped me out and he was super friendly and professional, which made the whole experience stress-free. If you’re looking for the most reliable and affordable tire shop in town, this is it. I’ll definitely be back and I highly recommend them.
View on GoogleI don't really know what to say. I came to flap my front tires on rims & balance. Before they did, truck was running smooth. After the shop, it stated to vibrate and shakes! Maybe balance wasn't properly done, that's a most common thing. I saved $10, but maybe i didn't, maybe if i went to next shop paid $10 more, my balance would be better, no shaking no stress!
View on GoogleSo I got my tire replaced today. I drove 38 minutes on a spare to get to the location. I called in advance for the pricing. Buddy gave said that they didn't’ have my exact tire but, something similar… it should be fine. I had no problem with the long wait time. I get on the highway not even a day later…and it explodes on the highway and I slide into the guardrail while I’m driving back to Florida. Currently waiting on AAA at 3:45 in the morning to put back on my spare just so I can make it home. 80$ y’all.
View on GoogleI came to this location on October 14th to have my front brake pads put on. All was fine until later that month when I was replacing a missing hubcap on one of the wheel they worked on. I noticed that 2 of my lug nuts were crooked & a third looked as if it was tightened to the point that the front half of it broke off. Wasn't a big issue of course because all of those things could be replaced. It was not until this morning (October 29th) that I realized that I never received my wheel lock back from them. Once again, another thing that can easily be replaced. But I decided to drive back to see if they still had it. I got there, they told asked about the wheel lock. They tried on the only one they could find yet it did not fit. I proceeded to ask if they could replace the lug nut that they broke. They then told me to drive down the street, to AutoZone purchase a lug nut then come back. I asked them why would I purchase something that they broke? The man had the audacity to shrug his shoulders. Trust me, if I could give them a ZERO start rating, I most definitely would have.
