I brought my vehicle to this Tire Plus location for service and had one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a business. When I returned to pick up my car, it had clearly been left unsecured and was broken into. The inside was completely ransacked and my personal belongings were disturbed. My vehicle was left open. When I addressed this with management, I was told they do not have cameras, and there was little to no accountability or real conversation about what happened. I had to file a claim and contact the police myself. The lack of security, communication, and professionalism is extremely concerning. Customers trust businesses with their property, and I did not feel that responsibility was taken seriously here. I would strongly advise others to consider this before leaving their vehicle at this location.

Called in because my tire pressure sensor came on reading 0 but the tire was not flat. I spoke with Zack and I explain what was going on and he told me to bring it in and he’ll take a look at it. I drove there as soon as the call ended and once I arrived, he did actually what he said he would. Zack was extremely helpful! He checked my tire sensor, the tire pressure and provided great feedback on the possible issue. I’m not very familiar with cars so his insight was very reassuring. Thank you Zach for also answering all of my many questions and concerns!

It feels more organized, the staff is attentive, and they actually seem to care about doing a good job. Before, things sometimes felt a little slow or scattered, but now everything runs smoothly and gets handled with care. I appreciate how professional and customer focused the team has become.
