Towed in 2018 Nissan Versa because car would start but then cut off like it didn't have any gas. Rep.called stating O2 Sensor, throttle flush and mass air flow sensor $368 w/ labor. MAF-$168+ 79.99 flush (recommended)+ $186 for O2. They did not do flush or O2 sensor. Only MAF charged $270. Stating they order wrong MAF and didn't up charge me for new part cost and gave it it to me for 168. Autozone had part for $102.99. They charged $75 for labor. Removing 2 screws. I do not recommend. Misleading, up charge and overpriced.

I have always been very skeptical about taking my car to the mechanic alone because I am a woman. However, I no longer feel like that since I have been taking my car to Precision Tune Auto Care in Jonesboro. The staff there really takes car of my car and they are a very fair, respectful, courteous and friendly group of people.

This review reflects allowing a negative experience to become a positive one. Last year this location did not respond well to my concern as a female veteran unhappy with one of the services provided. This year I returned to the same location a new crew was there and my experience was 5 star Why? Two staff made a very difficult situation (huge repair estimate) not only understandable, the seasoned mechanic Deion showed me in real time why that estimate was correct. I listened to them, calmed down and then asked for customer service and they truly did their best to provide it. This is a tuff time for many of us including technicians working in businesses that need to make money. I understand that, yet when I'm treated with honor, it will be returned. Allow people to recover and business will be valued by the people. Thank you!

On August 25th 2025 I took my cherokee jeep for diagnostic test. It took over 4 hours for test to be performed. When the codes came up on my Jeep, the manager at that time said that they would be able to fix my car and my check engine light would go off in my Jeep. My jeep would pass emission? They kept my car about 4 days. I had to rent cars to go back & forth to work. When I went to pick up my car before I got out the parking lot, My check engine light came back on. I informed the technician and the manager and they kept my car to check out. I went to pick up my car that evening by the time I drove up the street My check engine light came back on and I returned to precision tune the next morning. The customer service was awful. The manager which promised me that my car will be fixed and pass emission, actually, just walked away without any concern. I had paid almost $1600 for nothing and my jeep was not fixed. I have been communicating with the district manager concerning this issue. I thought I was going to get something resolution, But it's like I am being push to the side and no one seems too be concerned about my situation. I am out of a lot of money that I did not have and my car. Is still not passing emission with the check engine light on. They also disconnected a tube, which was my battery breather, they did not know what it was or where it was supposed to connect to. The customer service was terrible and I feel everyone who was involved was not being honest with me. And I feel that I was taking advantage of. UNSATISFIED CUSTOMER!!!
