Was a last minute repair. Called Nick and he said bring it on in. Got the truck to him to get 2 issues fixed. AC and Radiator. Received a call from Nick stating that it would be 1 part to fix both issues. In my experience, most mechanics aren’t that honest to charge you for 1 part instead of charging you to fix 2 problems. Not only the honesty but the competance as well. Ac and radiator has been humming like a bird. Since the repair, I’ve travelled to Memphis (over 6 hours one way) and have had 0 issues with AC or with radiator. Great work Nick and team. Your integrity has earned a lifelong customer.

I took my Benz to Nick J's for service as it was hesitating when going up inclines and hills. I took my car to Nick’s J Automotive, and from beginning to end, the experience was outstanding. The team was knowledgeable, professional, and honest. I had previously taken my vehicle to a well-known shop in the Metro Atlanta area because I was smelling smoke. After multiple visits and being told they had fixed the issue, I continued having the same problem. Eventually, they told me I needed a head gasket and even suggested I would need a new engine. Wanting a second opinion, I went to Nick’s J Automotive, and I am so glad I did. They took the time to explain everything clearly and physically showed me what was going on with my car. It turned out I did NOT need a head gasket or a new engine. The issue was simply a few sensors. Now my car is running better than before! Speaking with Mr. Nick and interacting with his entire staff from the front office to the technicians felt like being treated like family. While I waited, I watched them welcome and treat other guests with the same respect and kindness. Great customer service is hard to find these days, especially from businesses that aren’t trying to upsell you on unnecessary repairs. This team truly takes pride in their name and their work. I will definitely be back with my other vehicles. Highly recommend!

My experience with Nick’s Auto was outstanding! After having my 2013 E350 year old Mercedes serviced for 13 years since I purchased my car by the same Auto Repair mechanic, I was not only pleasantly surprised at the very reasonable price I was quoted for the A,B, etc. services, but also enlightened with additional information about these services that I wasn’t aware of. (I’ve been paying double for years on these services)! ! Needless to say, I think that Nick’s Auto will be my ‘New’ Mechanic to service my vehicles. I would remiss if I didn’t mention that Lanelle, the office Manager is so pleasant and helpful! Any questions I had, even on my first call to make an appointment when I asked about cost for the service needed, I was again, pleasantly surprised, without hesitation she quoted the price to me! When my car was ready Nick came out and explained everything to me. I gave 5 stars because I feel this Auto Repair business is TOP Class!!
