I had a great experience at Jonesboro Auto Salvage! I came in looking for an alternator, and they had exactly what I needed at a really good price. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and made sure I got the right part for my car. Everything worked perfectly after installation. I really appreciate how quick and easy the whole process was — definitely recommend them to anyone looking for reliable parts and great customer service!

View on GoogleZERO STARS… I do no know why I didn’t go to the reviews. I would have neverrrrrrrrr went to this place. Bought a key/ignition and the guy stated it does not have to be programmed. Well IT DOES. Called the guy and he stated (guess it was someone else answered the phone. He stated yes it need o be programmed. 🤦🏽♀️. Such a head ache. Then the key is still connected to car at the savage yard. Poor poor poor communication and services. I would never in life go to or recommend this place.

DO NOT waste your time or money at this business. They are very dishonest and disrespectful to their so called customers. I don't know how they are still in business.
View on GoogleJonesboro Auto Salvage Saved Me $490 bucks for parts I needed to fix my Nissan. Moreover, they gave me the entire section for only $75 bucks. They were very knowledgeable about what I needed, they found the part, and they are very Professional and courteous throughout the entire process. Moreover, this is the second time they came to the rescue for cheap parts for my foreign luxury cars. This is my go to spot for all parts I need for my car business. I highly recommend them because they save me time money energy and stress🤑❣️💁🏽♀️
