This Automotive Shop has been passed by for over Two Years by me and my family and we never knew it was there because you can not see it from the Road. I call a friend of mine asking her if she had gotten her Truck fixed because we have the same Trucks that had the same problem and she immediately told me about J Auto in Jonesboro and what Excellent Service she received and the great work they did and how it was running like a Champ 🏆. She said girl call them now because they are not going to overcharge you they are not going to lie to you and they're going to fix your vehicle where you can be able to afford it and if you can't afford it they will work with you with payments to be able to pay them all for the work they did so that you would be able to get your car back once you pay it off. So let me tell you if you need anything done to your vehicles PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE 🙏 DO NOT 🚫 waste your time going anywhere else other than J Auto in Jonesboro Georgia where you would be treated just like family treat it with respect and all honesty they're not there to rip you off they are seriously there to help you so that you can have a good reliable vehicle to drive and not have to worry about breaking down. I had my Truck ruck towed to J Auto on I believe it was a Friday and because of the weekend and me having to need a new motor I would have probably gotten it back even sooner but like I said I had it told to them on a Friday and I was picking my vehicle up on Thursday and that's only because they had to order me a new motor spanking new and they had to deliver it from Jasper's. Mr. Juan is the Owner And he is very kind and caring and respectful and honest but I worked with Mike who is also a great person He worked with my dad more so because he was paying but he was very respectful and honest and he did everything he could to let us know that he was being honest with us He called us every step of the way it wasn't a day went by that my dad or I or both didn't hear from Mike He walked us all the way to the end and I really appreciate that because now they get all my business and I'm getting ready to take my other vehicle to them this week because now I have a Trusted Mechanic that I know is not going to rip me off and lied to me for an extra dollar and in my vehicle would be safe with them and knowing that when I get it back everything is going to be working properly. So a great big huge Thank you to J Auto Service in Jonesboro Georgia in a big fat huge thank you to Mike and Juan And I will see you guys real soon for my expedition because my Dodge Ram Hemi is running so smooth and quiet and boy mash that gas and I'm back to taking off like a airplane it throws me back oh what a feeling Thank you guys SO SO VERY MUCH FOR THE AWESOME AND AMAZING SERVICE. YOU ARE NUMBER ONE IN MY BOOK. I AM A CUSTOMER FOR LIFE. I took my car to J Auto Service after dealing with the dealership for two weeks. The dealership kept giving me the runaround and still had no answer about what was wrong with my car. I called J Auto Service and they told me to bring it in. Within one day they diagnosed the problem. They also checked the car and followed up with a few other issues that needed attention. They fixed everything and got my car back running without delay. The price was fair and reasonable. J auto repaired my 2003 Ford f150. I had a engine replaced. The job was done in good time and a great price with good, honest service. I recommend them anyone who needs a honest mechanic.

Been going to Juan for many years now. I can tell you that he is honest and fair and does amazing work. Juan and his team work really hard and I've always received the best service. If you are worried about being a woman or a new customer, don't be. You will be treated well and given an honest quote. They stay busy so depending on what you need you may not get same day service. Oh and he works in everything, imports, American, check engine lights, A/C, breaks, transmission. I'm telling you one stop shop.

Been going to Juan for years, throughout this time great service and professional. Recently went and was courteous to the son asking if they were open and doing oil changes. He sarcastically answered back, and to make things worse once I was inside. Juan and his son were making light of the situation mimicking me. This was totally unprofessional, and I will not be going back. To anyone thinking of trying them out watch out for what they say about you when they think your not around.
