Idk, I been going to them for 5 or 6 yrs. I started going there because I saw they had the same old school truck I have. Payan worked on my truck several times, did great. I took my other vehicles there for repairs. But my last two times I took my primary car up there I felt ripped off so no more support from me. I had a window issue, not letting down. He fixed it so I thought. He couldnt tell me what he replaced so I should've known then, red flag. Months later the window stop working again. I told him about it. I took it up there with a overheating issue and window. He fixed everything (radiator fan which was strange because I checked all of that and charged my ac) except the window. I let it go because I needed my car and it was already up there for 2 1/2 weeks. He had been done with it and forgot to call and let me know. My car is my money! Then the car started overheating even after he claim to have fixed the issue. He didn't. Car still overheated. Come to find out, it was the intake manifold. I fixed it myself. Never again. Also he referred me to the guy in the back for body/paint work. Guy had my car for almoat a month. Looked immaculate at pick up. He lost my key and wanted me to bring another key. I wasnt doing it. He said he got a key cut and got a remote for it. Weeks in after having my car back I notice fullness, orange peel, scratches, bondo marking and rust on my roof. He ended up finding my key but gave me the replacement as well. The remote doesnt work but its ok, he gave me my original key/remote. Now I've wasted more money and have to go get it repainted again! He said bring it back if any issues but for what when they'll just do the same thing again.

View on GoogleHorrible customer service. First time I came. The guy said he was coming to assist me, waited 55 min and nobody said nothing. I even went back a second time, co workers were sitting at a table, looked at me and started back talking to each other as if I wasnt even standing there waiting for assistance. No hey, can I help you or nothing. A simple can I help you or Ill be with you, we chilling right now would have been nice.

I’ve been to other shops and most if not all have tried to rip me off. My 95 Nissan truck was brought back to life and my Lincoln town car also brought back to life. Quick turnaround but sometimes he’s backed up but worth the wait! A+ service
