Mr. Tire Auto Service Centers

I started using Mr tire johns creek @A year ago. I just drove in due to a tire problem. Sean the manager gave me great service, fast and reasonably priced. I am now experiencing a major problem .Again Sean went above and beyond calling to get parts ,specific extra help and worked with me on a very fair price for parts labor, etc. I am extremely satisfied with the service, the people are friendly compassionate and professional. Again I must commend Sean for his excellent customer service and caring..HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

I have been to a gazillion car shops in my life time. No one beats this shop in terms of customer service and just plain old competence. RICHARD is a gem. He is so knowledgeable, a great listener and has a can do attitude. This is the sort of place that brings trust back to this business. They tell you what they can and cannot do. And they can do A LOT. They fixed my brakes, changed my tires, balanced them, they do my 5000 mile service and transmission flushes!!!! Their prices are fair and above all they treat you like a human being. I will be coming back for a life time. Thanks to Richard and also a huge shout out to TJ.

I needed to replace a front tire that had a sidewall bubble. I ended up going to a few other tire service centers before I found Mr. Tire. The other tire centers close to home were not helpful in terms of product availability, installation time, and cost. I ended up contacting Mr. Tire and spoke to Richard. He patiently asked me all the specs and found the best fit for me based on my budget. The tire that Richard found was cheaper than Tire Rack. They were able to order the tire and it arrived overnight. I stopped by the next day and spoke to Sean - he was polite and professional. I was in and out in less than an hour. Excellent teamwork and customer service - will be back for any future tire needs. Keep making it happen Richard and Sean!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ *One small note - the outbound call center number wasn’t working and I had to call multiple times. If you end up calling, select 2 on the options and you will get connected!

I recently visited Mr. Tire for a brake pad replacement, and I had a great experience. The service was very affordable, and I was happy with the quality of the work performed. Sean was especially friendly, professional, and helpful throughout the process. He took the time to answer my questions and made sure everything went smoothly. Overall, excellent customer service and a positive experience.

Please do not come here unless you want your time wasted by management’s incompetence. I needed testing done on my vehicle, so before even driving over, I called ahead to confirm it was okay to walk in. I spoke directly with management, explained my situation, explained the urgency, and specifically informed them that I was only minutes away and could arrive immediately. Management assured me it was fine to come in. I arrived within less than 3 minutes of ending the call, only to walk in and be told their technician was leaving in 10 minutes and they would not be able to help me. The problem is not that they could not accommodate me. The problem is management either failed to communicate with their own staff or simply did not value a customer’s time enough to provide accurate information before telling someone to drive there. This was not a mistake made by a regular employee trying to do their job. This was poor leadership, poor communication, and a complete lack of professionalism from someone in a management position who should know how to properly run a business and respect customers’ time. If management operates this carelessly in situations as simple as basic communication, it does not inspire confidence in how the rest of the business is being managed. Highly disappointed. If I could leave zero stars, I would.
