This auto service center do excellent job. I have taken my car there twice for oil change and it was within minutes and a perfect job, also got a first hand maintenance tip that would help me as I use my car. Apart from being good at what they do, they are also affordable. I recommend Alex and his team any day anytime 👍

AMAZING SERVICE! I highly recommend this place. They were able to get my car in same day as well as fix the problems and get it back to me in the same day. Although it was just tire and brake problems, they were very thorough on explaining what was wrong and what was an urgent fix. I have brought almost all my vehicles I have owned to this service center and always have fantastic service as well as have the work done in a reasonable time frame. They are great to work with. I will continue to bring my car to this service center as they are very professional and nice. Thank you guys for fixing my car for me!!!!

I really like this place. Alpharetta Auto Service Center is just a few blocks from my home. I drive past it all the time. When I bought a "new-used" car I took it to a low cost brake shop and immediately noticed vibration when braking. Instead of taking it back there I decided to try Alpharetta Auto. This full service shop correctly diagnosed my problem and submitted a list of items that needed to be addressed. Their diagnosis was through and their prices are fair. Invoicing was clear and I wasn't pressured into having work done that I wasn't ready for. Alex was awesome. He offered both transportation home and pick up once my vehicle was ready. They also have a waiting area upstairs. My car now runs like new and I've found a new home for my auto repair needs.

ZERO STARS!!! I am letting everyone know NOT to get any repairs done at Alpharetta Auto Service Center, Jones Bridge, Alpharetta. They are the biggest scam artists around. Ever since the original owner passed several years ago, the dishonesty is unbelievable. We've had three different occurrences that this has occurred, which we didn't get the work done because when the bill was too high and we got other estimates. Two days ago, I brought in our Honda Accord for an oil leak that was found when we brought the car to get brakes done at Mavis. Alpharetta Auto proceeded to say we had an oil leak at the back of the engine, the front of the engine, the timing belt needed to be changed and several other things resulting in a $4,000 bill. Of course we did not get the repair because that is outrageous. We took it to a mechanic that is 35 minutes away and it ended up being a gasket on the oil filter and the bill, with an oil change, was $140 tops.
