I had a great experience at Scott's. The prices are very reasonable, and the service was excellent. The staff is knowledgeable, respectful. I told them what I wanted and i wasn't pressured into buying something else or something I didnt need. They got me in and out quickly while still doing quality work. It’s hard to find a place that combines good prices with great customer service, but this shop definitely does. I highly recommend them to anyone needing tires or tire service!

Another tire shop in Griffin told me my tire was unrepairable due to a nail, but Scotts proved them wrong. When I called Scotts the day before, they gave me a honest quote and great customer service. I arrived at 7:50 a.m. the next day and they fixed my tire quickly. Their service was top-notch and I will be bringing all my business to Scotts.

I will recommend this company to everyone. I purchased 2 used tires on 3/10/26 and 9 days later my tires were about to bust. So I went back to them and he told me he didn't mind replacing. He told me to go next door to the auto repair shop and have the mechanic look at it and ask them what they think was wrong. He knew them so I wasn't charged but make a long story short come to find out it wasn't the tires but he still replaced one because he didn't want me to drive and end up in an accident. They are very professional, reliable and service was fast.
