Our vehicle suddenly started leaking coolant and we immediately thought the radiator needed replacing. We called several mechanics to get quotes. We’re a small family owned business so we certainly don’t have money to throw around. Pritchard’s gave us the BEST quote for a radiator repair vs replacement. He had availability the same day so we made the trip to see him. Within hours he called with an update saying the radiator fine and was actually leaking from a hose and didn’t need to be replaced. BEST. NEWS. EVER!!! He changed the hose for the radiator AND for the windshield washer fluid for $150 and said the vehicle was ready for pick up. Unheard of these days. We are forever grateful to stumble upon this shop and have found ourselves a new mechanic.

View on GooglePritchard's Radiator Service... I'd give 7 stars if I could (located Griffin, GA). #1 this guy Really knows his stuff (cooling systems: radiators, water pumps, fans, thermostat , etc). A friend got a Chrysler that's running hot. Others said $900- $1300 ... Pritchard's quote... to remove current radiator, sell him another, install it with clean, New antifreeze....$400!! Plus plenty times has looked at my car.. couldn't find nothing wrong--No charge for his time. Wouldn't accept a penny. He's did Flush-N-Fills in past, replaced radiators, sealed other radiators and price always Lower than expected!! With Super friendly service. Awesome experience every single car I've taken there.
