It sucks that I even have to write this review, when I first met Nikki she was amazing! So helpful so knowledgeable, I felt I could call Nikki a friend, and was a FAITHFUL customer. I had an issue with my car which was the thermostat. She ordered the part and said she would come right back to put it on. Well she never did. I actually drove my car to her the next day. She put the new thermostat on after all the run around. And yes BeLIEVE the other reviews she will give you excuses and run around after taking the money. Well car was still not fixed so took it to the dealership and they fixed it. I asked for a refund of labor not the part and she said she spent all the money. Will be filing a civil case if I do not receive the money back. I have all my paperwork

Just got my 2008 Chevy Silverado back from Nikki's Auto Repair in great shape! The shop changed the timing chain, oil pump, and removed and replaced the TCC solnoid valve in the transmission. They discovered a valve cover leak and replaced the valve cover seal as well. All for an unbeatable price. If you require fast, honest, service at a great price, give Nikki's Auto Repair a call. Her husband actually done the work on my truck but I can't remember of his name at this moment. Her brother actually came to my house and replaced the Oil sensor and screen about two weeks prior, can't remember his name either ,but the job was done and done well.

My husband and I are truckers and there fore we didn't drive the car as much, however when we did drive we had called her to let her know the check light engine light came back on..long story short, I have been reaching out to her since last week to see if we can take care of the situation before my warranty runs out..WELL SHE HAS BEEN GIVING ME THE RUN AROUND SINCE THEN..I SINCERLY THOUGHT SHE WAS AN UPSTANDING BUSINESS WOMEN WHICH SHE IS NOT!!!! THE FEW TIMES SHE'S DID RESPOND SHE KEEPS SAYING SHE'S ON HER WAY NOW SHE WONT ANSWER MY CALLS OR TEXT.. PLS DO NOT PATRON HER BUSINESS.. I NEED TO SEE HOW I CAN TAKE THIS A STEP FURTHER!!
