I cannot rave enough about the kind, prompt and excellent service I received from Fred and Harvey. I purchased my vehicle through Carvana and it had an issue .. so I was already frustrated, had to call around about 5 other places only for everyone to tell me to check my vehicle I would have to leave it sitting for over a month. That's not feasible for most these days. Harvey gave me a date and time to come in. I came, spoke to Fred, he inspected my vehicle and called me back before noon, just as promised. Thankfully this was a minor issue and didn't take alot of time to fix. Fred also offered a quick and easy way to pick up my car after hours. The ease, simplicity, respectfulness and promptness is unmatched. I've honestly never received this type of service at a Auto Shop. Thank you again Fred and Harvey. If I need anything again... I know where Ill be going.
