Mr Nobody

The work at Mr. Nobody is absolutely great very thorough and professional. I’m always impressed with the quality and attention to detail. However, the lady at the front desk can be quite rude, which really takes away from the overall experience. Customer service is just as important as the work being done, and I truly hope this is addressed, because the rest of the team does an amazing job.

If I could put zero stars, I would, But the fact that I gotta put at least a star to make a review disgrace me, but these people do not care about your car or the customers nothing they just care about the money and messing up your car even more so you can bring it back. I came up there and Call the police. The man said call him all I want to know was what they did to my car. My car was not doing. Everything is doing now when I went up there the fact that I couldn’t even nring my car Back up there I had to get a ride back up there not even an hour later. My car won’t even stay. Crunk is jumping outrageous. They clear my whole AP system on my car. And when I went back up there, they showed no remorse. They didn’t care. I have video footage of the man saying he remember me coming. But when I got up there, they couldn’t give me no paper to what they dod to my car no print out because they say they didn’t have one but good thing I know the lady that was in there before me with her Toyota Cameron she got Paper print out I asked her for a picture of her printout and not only while I was talking to the police. I seen a man walk out with his printout. Also i got that on video of that ,But it’s OK. They will be shut down of business when I go to the Better Business Bureau because they don’t give a damn about their customers just as long as you got green paper money The dad and the son do not know how to run a business or be professional at all its the dad shop but he let his son run away all his customers them people not even mechanics. They just have a shop. And it’s crazy that they have shops out here they can’t even fix the car for real the fact that they are still in business Is really crazy to me because I know plenty of people cars they don’t messed up. That’s why I didn’t want them to touch nothing else on my car but just do A diagnostic tell me why this man all up under my hood putting oil in my car an now its overly full and I don’t even know if it was the right kind of oil he tell me after the fact he done did it. I feel like you were supposed to Ask me would i like you to do put oil in my car at least me them know that they need oil in their car and let them go from there or decide if they want you to do it, but no, this man took it upon his self and overly filled my car with oil when u was only post to do a diagnostic !!!!!!!!!you’re supposed to be sitting in the front seat plugged in the scanner Inside the car, just tell me why you under my hood that’s all I wanted to know

I was scammed!!!!!!!! This shop was supposed to replace my struts. I paid them and everything after they didn't even show me the old struts. So I don't even think they replaced it. Basically they charged me for nothing went to another shop they told me I need to replace my struts but I told them I had this company put it on and it seems like they never put them on from the beginning. I should have read the reviews before I even brought my vehicle here somebody's going to have to give me some answers because ain't no way in hell I should be buying struts twice and it hasn't even been a year. So in conclusion I guess they like to scam single moms out of their money don't bring your business here.

Nice people, good service and best prices hands down! I rolled up 2 minutes til close, they didn't have an issue ordering my tires and they were installed the next day. Thank you Mr. Nobody!

HORRIBLE place of business. I told my car free for a diagnostics and just print out a paper. They “ran my diagnostics” and “topped my oil” which wasn’t asked for and overfilled might an add. I leave the shop and now my car isn’t working. I call back up there when I get home and they remembered me and my car I go back up there and they say they forgot me they never worked ok my car and they are out of paper for a print out after I just saw someone walk out with a print out!
