We have been bringing our vehicles to Maxilube’s for about 15 years. 4 different vehicles in all!! We have always received excellent service!!! From the girls in the office to management and the technicians, they have NEVER let us down!!! We are customers for life!!!!
View on GoogleThey broke my TPMS valve stem during a routine tire change. They did not tell me upfront. I was waiting and waiting and waiting had to ask why im waiting to find out they broke it. They did not take responsibility for breaking the part which was operational when I arrived for service. This incident also caused me to be very late returning to my occupation. They showed no concern or remorse for the trouble they caused, and I had to talk them into putting a regular rubber valve stem so I could leave, because they did not volunteer/recommend a solution to the problem. The manager seemed more concerned with trying to cover his tracks more than anything else.
