Edwards Autoworks is a hidden gem of a shop in the Griffin area. They completed some fleet work for us, but when I stopped in Thomas walked me around the shop and have me a great tour. I didn't realize they do everything from fleet work, general repair/oil changes, paint and body, and my favorite the custom upgrades. They install custom wheels and tires, bolt on upgrades, lift kits, pretty much anything you want to upgrade and maintain your car or truck, they were doing custom leather seats which was cool to see. Go check them out if you're in the area and needing work done.

Very poor follow up with zero communication. I had an appointment on February 19 for an oil change, and also asked them if they could check out an air bag warning light that was staying on. After performing the diagnostic, they indicated that a sensor under the passenger seat would need to be replaced to resolve the issue with the air bag. They said they would give me a call the next day to let me know if they could order the part and what cost would be to install it. That was over a month ago, and I have heard nothing from them. I have called multiple times during the last five weeks and each time the story varies, but then they say “we’ll get back to you” - but they haven’t yet. Last week I stopped by in person and the woman working at the front desk said “They must have been busy with fleet work, I’ll have someone call you” - no one has. Apparently they value their fleet business over regular customer repairs. From now on, I will be taking my business elsewhere.
