I came to Doug's after a terrible experience with another local shop. The previous shop ended up damaging my vehicle and improperly completed the service I paid for. From the first phone call to my day of repair, I was treated like family. The people here are honest, kind, and funny! They gave me information on where to get my parts cheaper than in-house and they got me in quick for repair. Sitting in the clean waiting room, I used their Keurig to make a coffee and listened to them interact with multiple customers both on the phone as well as in person. They treated everyone the same, with kindness and integrity. If you're looking for honest people who truly care about your situation, come to Doug's! You won't regret it❤️

Their level of professionalism, courtesy, & knowledge is 2nd to none. I did my own work, but due questionable aftermarket parts quality & availability, + the anterior ligament in my left elbow wouldn't allow to exert full torque on bolts & fittings. The advise from Tech Jason was golden. I implemented help from my sons, invested in my own equipment to pull the system thrice & allowed it to hold vacuum for 8-10 hours each to be certain of leaks. Point I'm making; not everyone is tech-savvy nor mechanically inclined, but a great TRUSTWORTHY Automotive Repair Facility operated by People of True Grit, Unwavering Integrity, & Unmitigated Honesty is rare. DOUG'S TIRE & AUTOMOTIVE is just such a place. If you want quality work /service for fair market price, look no further. They'll even install the parts you bring, caveat: you're responsible for getting the correct parts for your vehicle. They Labor rates & Unmatched Quality of Service is tops.

I went in for an oil change which was good but they said I needed tires and a right rear shock. They gave me an estimate of $2000. So I wanted an 2nd option. I took my vehicle to another shop that did my oil changes and services for years before I quit my job which was right down the street where I worked. I did need tires but was told there was nothing wrong with my shock. That saved me over $1000. Sorry Doug I want be using your shop any more.
