Their tech said they were in route & that it would be 25 minutes, but I waited over an hour. The person arrived, took maybe 30 seconds to unlock my car, then charged me $150. Urban Automotive Locksmith is a third party company, so they unnecessarily overcharge. Go straight to the locksmith. They charge $80-$100, which I found out after the fact. Do your research.
