Terrible experience. I needed my windshield, power window and back window all replaced after my car was vandalized while I was out of town. I went with Keith over other auto glass shops because his price was cheaper, he could do it a day sooner, and sounded very easy to work with over the phone. However, his work was incredibly sloppy: he didn’t connect the defroster on the back window, he scratched the back of my car while doing the removal/install, didn’t seal either the back window or side window well (rubber seal bulging out in areas, I can hear the wind loudly while driving on the highway), and left pieces of glass all over my car, inside my door panel, and underneath the back window seals. Then, when I scheduled for him to come the next morning in order to replace my windshield and fix the issues from the previous appointment, he didn’t show up and wouldn’t pick up my phone calls. I then couldn’t drive back to base for work and had to call my commander and take emergency leave because of the delay. This company scammed me out of $540 and cost me extra vacation days from work. Do not use this company! I went to auto glass now afterwards to fix his mistakes and get my windshield done and they did a much better job!

Terrible Experience DO NOT use this company. My car was vandalized and broken into. I called this company spoke to Keith. The price was higher than other repair companies but I wanted the glass repaired ASAP. Now I see why he was available right away. Very unprofessional, sloppy work. He replaced the glass and left me locked out of the car. I am in a worst position than before. The doors won’t open at all. The locks were damaged in the vandalism. However, he did not make any efforts to keep the locks in place. He ripped open the door, slapped the glass in and left. Because the glass was operating I didn’t check my locks. He left my car door inoperable. I had to climb out the passenger door. For payment he had me cash app some personal account not his name. If this was a professional he would have taken precautions to keep the locks in place temporarily until I can get the part to replace it. He didn’t care, he ripped the door apart sloped in the glass and left.
