Great Service. Very reliable, professional, and communicative. Vehicle stalled on the highway and they found it , despite limited information on the location. I accidentally gave the wrong reference address and they still were willing to work with me and still take a long trip the same day. I would definitely recommend their services.
View on GoogleBad service and do not recommend for anyone to get any service done with them. They are a bunch of scams. In short words my truck broke down and I called them to get a tow truck. They gave me a set price of 650 to deliver my truck 11 miles. He calls me asking for a deposit and I sent him the deposit. Few minutes later he sends me a message making excuses and trying to charge me 1500 to take my truck 11 miles to its destination. So I called another place to get a tow truck and asked for my deposit back and now doesn’t want to give it back to me.
View on GoogleVERY Unprofessional, dishonest communication and poor customer service. Waited 4 hours for my car to be towed. Driver said he would arrive around 4:30 he didn't pick up my car until 6:40 because he ran out of gas and mechanic had to give him a ride so he could get gas. Do not use them. Upon arrival driver hit a car when reversing. Upon taking my car off truck, it got undercarriage damage. Worst tow experience ever!!

I need an information about my car and the fact that I'm calling them and they couldn't answer the phone very unreliable no communication. I wish I could get these zero stars.
View on GoogleI scheduled a tow a day in advance, he called to confirm my appointment an hour before and then called 5 minutes AFTER my appointment to say he would be 15 minutes late. I called 30 minutes AFTER that and he said he was getting gas and was six minutes away. An hour AFTER my appointment they came with a hitch on the back of a truck. Then he had a MAJOR attitude when I asked how long it would take because he was nowhere close to backing the hitch safely into my driveway. (part of it was in my yard!) I SHOULD HAVE READ THE REVIEWS FIRST! I got my keys and told them to have a nice day. NEVER AGAIN! Their business is too competitive for poor service and a pissy attitude. UPDATE: called another tow company who arrived with an ACTUAL TOW TRUCK in 30 minutes and they were $10 cheaper!
